PeopleOps Strategy will respond to complaints within 24 hours. The first response will include verbal acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint with further instructions, followed by a written response to the employee with the same information. PeopleOps Strategy will customize the response cycle and follow-up based on your unique business needs.
Monthly rates are based on the company’s number of employees and start at $250.00 per month. Each month the employer will receive a deidentified report listing the number of complaints and the nature of complaints. This data can be valuable when making strategic decisions and verifying employee feedback.
