These investigations can be customized to fit different organizational needs. We understand going through a workplace investigation is stressful for the complainant, witnesses, and the respondent, so making them a top priority not only shows commitment to employees but also minimizes workplace disruption. PeopleOps consultants have over 15 years of experience providing workplace investigations in several different industries.

Our training programs can provide a base level for supervisors across the company. Supervisors will gain a clear understanding of the expectations and liabilities they present to organizations. This training can enhance workplace culture by creating solid employee/manager relationships. PeopleOps trainers have decades of experience as supervisors and training adults. This combination delivers meaningful training sessions that managers can implement immediately.

In addition to workplace investigations, and training, we offer companies the option to outsource their employee complaint process. This allows businesses to focus on their core priorities and provides a safe place for employees to register a complaint. Not all complaints require an investigation; however, employees will receive a response within 24 hours to acknowledge the complaint. PeopleOps will work with your managers to design appropriate actions for complaint follow-up.
